So Brian is still in DC....and I am still in WI....for now.
I will be with him March 1-13....march 22-April 20.....and then for good May 27th.
House hunting in Jersey area. Thinking that we FINALLY have agreed on a place. Still waiting to hear back from the posting.
In other news....we are finally getting our white wedding invites out this week. So much to do and so little time! And with that said, I must go and get more stuff done!

Wisconsin is SO cold!
Well I arrived back in Wisconsin a couple hours ago. And it's SO cold!
Brian and I still have to figure out when I'm going back. We know that it's beneficial to have me work, especially with the wedding expenses adding up. But- I miss Brian SO much when I'm away from him! Hopefully I can work enough this month that I'll have the possibility of moving already March 1 permanently back with Brian.
Well.....jetlag kicking in...time for bed. I'll write very soon!

I'm in Winchester...and nothing else is
Quick Update-
I flew out a few days ago to come stay with Brian. Got to enjoy the beautiful GA weather for only a couple days because now, we are "living" in a hotel in Winchester, VA. And let me tell you...there isn't much out here. We did go see a movie [Contraband] on Friday (trying to keep up with date night) and on Saturday, we drove to PA to visit with his old buddy, John and his wife, Whitney. They have the 2 most adorable little girls! It was a blast to hang out. We went to T's bar in their small town and dubbed a new phrase..."When in Canada, aye?" to replace when in Rome.
Also-on a hilarious not- Brian never told his buddy that he was bringing a girl, much less, his WIFE. So the big announcement last night at the bar was that we were married. Turning into limitless jokes that my "alleged" husband is only acting married as practice of a cover for his new job. lol. Too funny!
I will mention a few other inside jokes from last night...just so you get the idea of the humor in the air. I seriously had a headache from laughing so hard.
McFly was in the bar.
It was 1991
Whitney had an inflatable vest on.
The vest could turn into...a boat, a bed, or a parachute
Billy was drinking for two.....then three. Somehow his baby story turned into twins.
Garret was the father....of one...of Billy's babys...we think.
Hold me closer Tony Danza.....yup....Tony Danza [tiny dancer]
Brian and I got married?!? lol
When in Rome.....When in Canada, aye?
Too legit to quit.
John had killer dance moves.
Something about a bull-moose....I think?
Never trust a guy in a striped polo shirt....he'll play crappy music.
And....the entire bar busting out to sing Piano Man in harmony right around bar close.
The best part was that I was DD and consuming water all night. We were there for over 4.5 hours and left with a bar tab of 22 bucks. =] 1.75 beers [brian says] are delicious. =]
Well, I must go and watch my Packers kick butt on the field! ..... Will write again soon!

Back with Brian
So, here I sit...out in the garage in WI for yet another 6.5 hours. hopefully, with no delays. It is below freezing outside, I have a winter coat. scarf, and hat on. Along with a space heater.....and my first thought..
"This is what it would feel like to be a journalist in New York" =]
I haven't put much thought into what I want to do in NY yet. There are so many options for career and school. The possibilities are limitless and also overwhelming.
On another note, I think I may have found my band for my wedding...so that's super exciting, And, my maid of honor, my older sister, Candice....is willing to help me with the paper I ordered and shipped to make invitations.
Mom is making a new craft. I forgot what it's called. Something about punch hook or something. Whatever the name, it is amazing how well she picks new things up. Name any craft, and she can accomplish.
Continuing family news.....
Dad is babysitting my car for me. =] I told him his life depended on the safety of my car. ....
Cam and Kaylie have officially announced that they are getting married this fall! Colton and Shelby are still hard at work on the new house. Caylee is about to graduate. Courtney is hard at work with school and finding babysitting jobs.
And Brian.....graduates GA classes at FLETC Wednesday! Im super proud of him and stoked to be living with him agian....even if it is for only a couple weeks.
So, like I said, wedding planning is coming along. And I am going to be on a plane soon, so I should probably start packing. Although, I cant start that until my clothes are done drying. Boy, am I a procrastinator. =]

Come and Gone Already?
Ah, how time flies! It's already 2012! This is crazy.....
Holidays have passed now, which just means more chaos. Brian is still states away, so I'm really glad I have my mom and sisters (yes, Janelle, Sierra, and Kaylie....you too) here in Wisconsin. I did get to see B for a few days for Xmas. So that was awesome. And....it gave me a chance to finally sit down with his mom and look at super embarassing baby photos of him. =] =] Even better- I fly out on the 10th to see my better half!! (please don't mention to B, that I actually admitted that :)
I will be there [GA] for a few days, then we drive up to VA again. =] And we get to stay together for 2 weeks! Yay! And it that time, I have homework assignments from my bridesmaids that I must get stuff ready for the wedding. ........ planning weddings is so much work! Ugh. Especially when B and I are already leagally married. We just havent had our "wedding" yet. Soon....... sooner than I have time to get everything done. Again-I am so glad for my friends and family.
As far as what B and I have been up to......house hunting for our move to NY in April. Which is going pretty well but there are SO many options! We are checking a few out in Hackensack and Hoboken, NJ. ....
I still love driving my....our new car....and B is still jealous that he doesnt get to. =] Lets see.....small, unimportant details.....Brian bought a whole bunch of new clothes for work last week. He got something like 6 shirts and 2 pants and some socks and ties for like 50 bucks. (amazing what the stores do to sell stuff around Xmas)
On another note, I got my haircut from my sis, Candee. And....like every haircut before this....It's my favorite cut I've ever had! Its fabulous, and people love it!....Well, as far as what they tell to my face. lol
Janelle's to do list for me to follow while in VA,
-get paper for invites
-go/call Kinkos for details
-order, buy, and ship silk flowers home for assemble
-buy ribbon, pins, ect.
-have girls day Jan 29 at 2:30
-research and narrow down band/DJ
-Call Loren to schedule cake testing.
And I have a deadline of the 29th. Thank you for being my life organizer Janelle, I dont know where I would be without you. =]
Ok, so great news is that I got inspired to paint lately! I have been on a painting kick for almost 3 weeks now and I must say, it's some of my favorite work ever! So....more to come I hope!
Um.....I believe it's bedtime for this lady.....almost early enough to call B with his wake up call. =]

Small Update
Well school for me has started up again. I'm still adjusting to working full time again. It's still a good gig, but it is a lot of hours. I miss Brian like crazy, and I wont see hime agian til Christmas.
My childhood best friend is moving back to WI....again. So that's awesome. =]
Christmas shopping has yet to be started and that's a frightening thought that there are only 21 days left.
I decided that I really like the TV shows Raising Hope, Weeds, and Reaper. And yes, Brian, you should watch them. And yes, Brian, I'm addicted to Netflix.
Well, signing off, back to school work for me. =[

Here and There
So, here's the latest.
We went from DC to Georgia for more training. (sarcastic yay) After that, I came back to my home town to stay with family and work the next couple of months.
Brian is in Georgia, and I am stuck in Wisconsin...for the whole winter. Who would ever want to be stuck in WI for a whole winter?!
Thanksgiving has come and gone already. Brian flew home and we visited family. And we got a new car! Well, I should say Brian bought me a car. I think I have the worlds greatest husband.
